Gaidian OÜ is an auditing firm established in 2003. Providing auditing services is the company’s main area of activity, in addition to which we also offer a wide range of business consultation and accounting services.

We offer our customers an up-to-date, high quality auditing service, which is based on the experience gained by auditing numerous companies in various areas of activities and thorough knowledge of auditing, accounting, taxation and corporate law.

It is important for us to understand the essence of our customers' business and needs, and provide clear and profitable solutions to their problems. On completion of an audit, we promptly provide the management with a memorandum stating the potential problems in the company’s internal control, accounting, taxation, or in following the requirements of the Commercial Code, and put forward our ideas and recommendations for improving the accounting system.

We consider providing personal services and flexibility in setting an audit schedule our strength as compared to larger auditing firms.
